Welcome to the stats.fm Support Centre
Updated: 28 November 2024
We are aware of persistent catalog issues within stats.fm.
Artists and labels are in no way responsible for the current catalog errors. If you are experiencing issues, please be in contact with our support team, and not the artists and labels themselves.
Some errors you might be experiencing are:
- Missing/duplicate artists in your top artists
- Artists being added to random tracks
- Duplicate tracks that are splitting your play counts
- Tracks being attributed to incorrect or compilation albums
- DasV replacing tracks
- Missing tracks in your top tracks or recently played tracks
- Streams that were counted before that are not being counted anymore
We are sorry for the frustration and confusion these catalogue issues continue to cause. The engineers have discovered the source of the problem and are working incredibly hard to build a long-term solution.
While we can’t provide an exact estimation of when these problems will be solved, we can assure you that setting the catalogue up for long-term success is the product team’s top priority. Our goal is to have an update before January.
Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
Please note: None of your data is lost, it’s just not being displayed correctly.
